These terms apply to everyone using the Rezzonix mobile app and this website. By using the service you accept them.

2. Nature of the service

Rezzonix is software that lists frequency records and generates the selected value as sound. It is not a medical device. It is offered for personal and experimental audio use only; it does not and cannot replace diagnosis, treatment, therapy or emergency care. Consult the relevant professional for decisions about health, agriculture or animal welfare.

3. Catalog data

The frequency records in the catalog were compiled from publicly available sources. We give no warranty as to their accuracy, currency or any effect they may produce. Different sources may propose different values for the same record; all of them are shown as-is.

4. Safe use

Do not raise the volume to uncomfortable levels; prolonged loud headphone use is a hearing risk.
If you have epilepsy, a hearing condition, a pacemaker or similar, consult your doctor before use.
Do not use unsupervised around children or animals; many animals hear frequencies you cannot.
Do not use while driving or during tasks requiring attention.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the app to disturb others, market it with health claims, or use it in breach of applicable law. Reverse engineering, unauthorised reproduction of the source code and commercial redistribution of the catalog data are prohibited.

6. Orders and quotes

No online payment is taken on this site. An order or quote form submitted through the site is a request; a contract is formed only when we confirm it in writing. Prices are informational and may change until confirmation. Delivery, return and withdrawal terms are set out in the confirmation of each accepted order.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or failure to obtain an expected result arising from use of the app. This limitation does not cover intent or gross negligence.

8. Intellectual property

The app software, interface design, brand name and logo belong to Rezzonix. Unauthorised use of the text and images on this site is prohibited. The catalog data was compiled from publicly available sources.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the current version takes effect when published on this page. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
