The Rezzonix mobile app requires no account, works offline and does not send your usage data to our servers. On our website we process personal data only when you write to us yourself (contact or order form).

Mobile app

No account. You do not need to register or provide an email address.
The catalog is local. The frequency database is stored on your device; no internet connection is required to use it.
Your preferences stay on your device. Favorites, history and volume settings are kept locally and are removed when you uninstall the app.
No ads, no tracking. We use no third-party ad networks, behavioural tracking or profiling.

The app store (Google Play) collects its own independent statistics such as install counts and crash reports. That data is governed by Google's privacy policy and does not reach us in a form that identifies you.

Website

We collect no personal data unless you submit a form. When you do, we process:

Contact form: name, email, phone (if given) and your message.
Order/quote form: name, email, phone, delivery/billing details and the content of your request.

Purpose: to answer your enquiry and fulfil any order. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest. Retention: as long as needed for the correspondence or order; commercial records are kept for the period required by law.

We use no advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Only technical cookies necessary for the session and for remembering your language and theme preference are used.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. It may be shared only with service providers strictly necessary to run the service (server hosting, email delivery) and with public authorities where legally required.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, object to processing and request a copy of your data. Send your request to the email address on our contact page; we respond within 30 days at the latest.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group.

Changes

When this policy is updated the date at the top of the page changes. Significant changes are announced inside the app.
